These terms cover your use of this site. The site is run by Danger Hart Hospitality LLC, which operates Duke's & Dottie's at 346 E Broad St, Athens, GA 30601. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Using the site

Use it to find our hours, our events and how to book. Do not try to break into it, scrape it, overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Events and tickets

Event listings show what we know when we publish them. Line-ups, times and prices can change, and a show can be cancelled. Tickets are sold by Eventbrite under Eventbrite's terms, and refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

Reservations and tables

A request sent through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm by phone or email. Package prices are minimums, they move with demand, and the terms shown when you book are the ones that apply.

Entry

Entry is at our discretion and subject to capacity, our house rules and the law. Guests must be 18 or older.

Our content

The name Duke's & Dottie's, the logo, and the photographs, text and design on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Links to other sites

We link to Eventbrite, Instagram and other services. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they do.

No warranty

We publish this site as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Danger Hart Hospitality LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

Changes

We can change these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.

Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts serving Clarke County, Georgia.
